Pastor Jeff Whillock
Jeff grew up in Rapid City where his family enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and skiing, as well as patchy participation in the Roman Catholic church. Jeff and his wife, Nancy (an RN), have two children: Abi, at the University of Minnesota & Ian, at Central High School. Jeff’s greatest joys come in enjoying times outdoors and at home with family, as well as helping people connect with God in the midst of everyday-life struggles. He began serving Bethlehem in January of 2005, and was called to serve as Lead Pastor in May of 2008. Kevin grew up in Saint Paul, MN, attended Gustavus Adolphus College and received his Master of Divinity from Luther Seminary. He is married to Amber, a professional photographer here in Aberdeen. They have a daughter, Veda. He began serving at Bethlehem in July 2012. His first mission trip was in college where he went to the hollers of West Virginia and felt God’s call to serve others as a pastor. Rhia grew up in a small town in Iowa called Williamsburg. She attended Luther College as an undergraduate and went on to work for MCI Telecommunications (which later was sold to Verizon Business) for eighteen years as a customer service manager. In 2010, Rhia made the decision to move her three children and herself from Colordao Springs, CO to Dubuque, IA where she began studies at Wartburg Seminary. She is married to Chris who is also a graduate of Wartburg Seminary. Her children are Marena, Cameron, and Carson. She also has two stepdaughters, Jasmine and Patience. In her free time, she enjoys spending time goofing around with her kids, exercising, reading and watching scary movies.
